Cookie Policy

April 8, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files websites store on your device to remember information between visits. Some are required for the site to work (authentication), others are optional. Volt uses only the minimum cookies required to operate the service.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the site to function:

next-auth.session-token — keeps you logged in. Expires on signout or after 30 days.
next-auth.csrf-token — protects forms from cross-site request forgery.
next-auth.callback-url — short-lived OAuth redirect helper.
__cf_bm (Cloudflare/Vercel bot management) — 30 minutes.

3. Functional storage (localStorage)

Stored on your device by your browser, not transmitted with each request:

volt-lang — your interface language (en/ru/es).
volt-active-strategy — committed strategy and end date for dashboard progress.

4. What we do NOT use

No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. No cross-site analytics (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel). No behavioral profiling.

5. Third-party cookies

When you complete a payment you are redirected to Stripe Checkout on stripe.com, which sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and session management. Stripe's cookie policy applies during that step. We do not share Stripe cookies with our domain.

6. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the strictly-necessary cookies above will break the login flow. Removing localStorage will reset your language and strategy progress.

7. Consent

Because we only use strictly-necessary cookies and functional preferences (no tracking, no advertising, no analytics), no cookie consent banner is required under EU ePrivacy rules. By using the service you acknowledge this policy.
