Refund Policy

1. No free trial
Volt is invite-only and paid from day one. There is no free trial; your card is charged immediately when you subscribe. If this changes later, this policy will be updated and existing subscribers will be notified before any new rule applies to them.
2. Subscriptions are billed in advance
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed at the start of each period. You can cancel any time and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Past charges are not refunded for unused time.
3. When we issue a refund
Duplicate or technical billing error. Charged twice or charged after a successful cancellation due to a bug on our side — full refund within 5 business days.
Unauthorized charge. Card charged without your authorization — full refund after 24-48h security review.
Service downtime. Volt bot service unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours within your first 7 days of paid use — pro-rated refund for affected days.
EU consumers — 14-day withdrawal right. Consumers in the European Union may withdraw within 14 days of the first payment only if the bot has not yet started trading on their account. By starting to trade, you waive this right under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
4. When we do NOT issue a refund
Trading losses. Volt is a tool, not a guarantee. Crypto markets are volatile. Losses while using the bot are not refundable. See Risk Disclosure.
Change of mind after the subscription has started. The Pricing page, plan descriptions, and public performance disclosures are the evaluation material — we don't refund for second-guessing after purchase.
Unused time after voluntary cancellation. Access continues until period end; no pro-rated refund.
Strategy performance. Disagreement with how a strategy performed (winrate, drawdown, profit) is not grounds for refund. Strategy rules are documented before purchase.
Inability to use the service due to factors outside our control: exchange downtime, your API key revoked, geographic restrictions, your own misconfiguration.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@volttrade.io within 14 days of the charge with: account email, Stripe order ID or transaction date, and the reason. We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly prefer to resolve disputes directly. If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we will respond with the relevant evidence. Filing a chargeback for a charge covered by this policy may result in account suspension.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
