Terms of Service
April 22, 2026
1. Service Description
Volt ("the Service") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) algorithmic trading tool that connects to third-party exchanges via API and executes trades based on algorithmic signals configured by the user. Volt is not a broker, exchange, financial advisor, or asset manager. Volt does not hold, manage, or have custody of user funds at any time. All funds remain on the user's own exchange account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your account or provide access to unauthorized parties. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
4. API Keys & Exchange Access
By connecting your exchange, you authorize the Volt software tool to execute trades using the API permissions you configure. The user independently connects their exchange and controls all API permissions. Volt requires only Futures trading permission. Withdrawal permissions must NOT be enabled. Volt never has access to withdraw, transfer, or move user funds. All funds remain on the user's exchange account at all times. The separation between user funds (on exchange) and business revenue (subscriptions) is absolute.
5. No Financial Advice
Volt does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are executed by algorithms based on technical analysis. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before trading.
6. Risk Acknowledgment
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Volt's automated system includes risk management features (stop-loss, position sizing), but these do not eliminate the risk of loss. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and trade at your own discretion. See the full Risk Disclosure.
7. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe or PayPal. Volt is invite-only and paid from day one — no free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
8. Service Availability
Volt aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. During outages, open positions remain on your exchange with their stop-loss/take-profit orders. Volt is not liable for losses caused by downtime, network issues, or exchange failures.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volt and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Volt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, the bot stops trading immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
12. Contact
